  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g yourt
  • 2 ½ tablespoon peanut butter your choice
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 shot mineral water
  • little oil for frying
  • honey
  • Cinnamon powder
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Put the bananas in pieces in a bowl and mash them with a fork or simply puree them with the hand blender or in a blender. Add the eggs, yogurt, and peanut butter. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve and gradually stir into the rest of the dough.
  2. Now stir in cinnamon and nutmeg as desired. Depending on the taste and sweetness of the bananas, add a little honey. Finally, add a small dash of mineral water to the dough and stir again briefly.
  3. Let some oil get hot in a pan and gradually bake the thick dough in it.
  4. Tip: Peanut butter, chocolate cream, maple syrup and chopped bananas are particularly good toppings for the finished pancakes.
