- 2 banana (s), degree ripeness as desired
- 4 egg (s)
- 200 g yourt
- 2 ½ tablespoon peanut butter your choice
- 200 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 shot mineral water
- little oil for frying
- honey
- Cinnamon powder
- nutmeg

- Put the bananas in pieces in a bowl and mash them with a fork or simply puree them with the hand blender or in a blender. Add the eggs, yogurt, and peanut butter. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve and gradually stir into the rest of the dough.
- Now stir in cinnamon and nutmeg as desired. Depending on the taste and sweetness of the bananas, add a little honey. Finally, add a small dash of mineral water to the dough and stir again briefly.
- Let some oil get hot in a pan and gradually bake the thick dough in it.
- Tip: Peanut butter, chocolate cream, maple syrup and chopped bananas are particularly good toppings for the finished pancakes.
