  • 400 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Separate eggs, beat egg whites until stiff, stir egg yolks with sugar and lemon juice as well as lemon zest until frothy. Then let the semolina trickle in and finally carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg white. Bake in a greased casserole dish at 175 ° C for 20 minutes.
  3. Just before the baking time is up, heat the milk and pour it hot over the casserole, bake for another 15 minutes and then serve hot.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar to taste.
  5. A freshly cooked mango and orange compote with honey and a little cinnamon goes very well with it!
  6. 450 Kcal per serving.
