• 3 tablespoon chocolate couverture, dark
• 3 teaspoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
• 500 ml milk
• 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
• 1 tablespoon, leveled sugar

Instructions

1. Chop the couverture or just put it in the blender (the rest can be stored in a tin). Then pour 300 ml of the milk into a saucepan and leave the other part in the measuring cup.
2. Heat all ingredients in the pot and stir. In the meantime, use a milk frother to froth the milk to approximately double the original volume. When the cocoa in the pot is really hot, slowly add the frothed milk, but leave a tablespoon.
3. Pour the cocoa into a large cup, add a spoonful of the frothed milk and sprinkle with a few pieces of couverture.
