  • 1 shot schnapps (e.g. fruit schnapps)

  • some cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar with the margarine in a mixing bowl until the mixture is smooth. Then stir in the eggs and add the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. When the dough is nice and smooth, add a generous dash of schnapps (so that the dough is nice and fluffy - don`t worry, you can`t taste the schnapps).
  2. Now grease the baking pan well so that the cake does not stick later. First, about half of the dough is distributed in the mold - it doesn`t necessarily have to be even!
  3. Then add cocoa powder to the rest of the dough as desired, possibly also some milk. It is best to sieve the cocoa powder beforehand so that there are no lumps. Finally, pour the rest of the mixture into the baking pan and distribute it a little. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 50 minutes.
