Instructions

  1. Drain the mandarins. Then grease a 26 cm springform pan with a little butter.
  2. Now we`re going to prepare an all-in dough: put the eggs, oil, yoghurt, sugar, vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl and stir briefly with the hand mixer. Mix the baking powder and flour and add to the rest of the batter. Mix everything immediately. Then spread the batter into the springform pan. Spread the mandarins in a circle on the dough. Do not press down.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C to 190 ° C for about 30-35 minutes (for me, the cake is ready after 35 minutes at 180 ° C and has a pleasant light browning).
  4. Let cool and serve with whipped cream.
