Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 300 g minced meat, beef or tartare
  • 4 slices toast, (wholemeal toast)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Fat, for the pan
  • 4 slices cheese, ( according to taste)

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the parsley, dice the onion very small. Season the minced meat with onions, salt, pepper and paprika. Brush the toast slices with the minced meat and cook in the pan (on the minced side) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Fry the fried eggs in a separate pan.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Put the finished toast slices on a plate, a slice of cheese depending on your taste, then top with tomatoes and finally the fried egg. Sprinkle with parsley.
