Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, reen, cleaned
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped vegetable stock, instant
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pour water into a saucepan and add the broth, add the beans and cook for 30 minutes.
  2. Take the beans out of the pot and place in a bowl. Add the finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, mustard, vinegar, oil and part of the cooking stock. Mix everything well and let cool down.
  3. Before serving, season again with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
