Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 350 g flour
  • 25 g yeast, fresh
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm

For covering:

  • 2 cups sour cream, min. 30% fat
  • 50 ml milk or cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway seed
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients for the dough with the mixer, it should be medium-firm. Let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour.
  2. Grease a baking sheet. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, place it on the baking sheet and form a small edge.
  3. Mix the sour cream, milk and flour well with a whisk, season well with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Finally stir in the onions. Spread the topping evenly on the dough.
