Ingredients

  • 2 packs dumplings, 360 g each, from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce or lettuce hearts
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 150 g yourt
  • 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • some vinegar
  • some mustard
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Cut the dumplings and mushrooms into strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Roughly dice the paprika and onion. Wash, chop and spin the lettuce. Then the salad dressing made of crème fraîche, yogurt and vinegar is mixed and seasoned with mustard, chives and salt and pepper.
  2. Now Maultaschen, mushrooms, onions and peppers are fried one after the other in sunflower oil and placed in a salad bowl. Briefly toss the halved cherry tomatoes. Finally, the salad dressing and the lettuce are added to the salad bowl and stirred.
  3. Serve the baguette with the warm salad.
