Ingredients
- g 1,000 turnip (s), peeled, diced
- 1 medium onion (s), chopped
- 2 tablespoon lard
- 250 ml meat stock, instant
- 125 ml cream
- 3 tablespoon, leveled cornstarch
- salt
- White pepper from the mill
- 2 tablespoon parsley, smooth, chopped (or more)

- Heat the lard and sauté the onion until translucent, pour the meat stock on top, add the turnip cubes, bring to the boil and cook covered for approx. 25-30 minutes over low heat. Whisk the cornstarch in the cream and bind the vegetables with it. Season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
- Serve with bratwurst and boiled potatoes.
