Swedish Apple Pie Ingredients

  • Sour apples – 2 pcs. (300 g)
  • Butter – 130 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Almond flour – 100 g
  • Wheat flour – 100 g
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Ground cinnamon – 0.3333 teaspoon
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • Powdered sugar (for decoration)

Swedish Apple Pie Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter with HALF of all the sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Mix the flour, almond flour and baking powder separately. Add flour mixture to liquid ingredients and stir.
  2. Rub the peeled apples on a coarse grater. Mix with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.
  3. Grease the sides of the mold with oil, cover the bottom with baking paper. Put half of the dough into a mold. We distribute evenly. We spread the apples (leave the allocated juice). Put the remaining dough on the apples.
  4. We bake a pie with apples in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle the cooled cake with icing sugar.
