Swedish Apple Pie

Today we’re making a Swedish apple pie. Making an apple pie is very simple, but it turns out delicious! Perfect for homemade tea.
Ingredients
- Sour apples – 2 pcs. (300 g)
- Butter – 130 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sugar – 150 g
- Almond flour – 100 g
- Wheat flour – 100 g
- Juice of half a lemon
- Ground cinnamon – 1/3 teaspoon
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
- Powdered sugar (for decoration)
Directions
- Beat the softened butter with HALF of all the sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Mix the flour, almond flour and baking powder separately. Add flour mixture to liquid ingredients and stir.
- Rub the peeled apples on a coarse grater. Mix with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Grease the sides of the mold with oil, cover the bottom with baking paper. Put half of the dough into a mold. We distribute evenly. We spread the apples (leave the allocated juice). Put the remaining dough on the apples.
- We bake a pie with apples in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle the cooled cake with icing sugar.
