  • 4 tablespoon coffee, boiled, cold
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.75 ¾ pack desiccated coconut
  • 4 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. First melt 150 g margarine and let it cool down.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then gradually add the remaining ingredients and work into a batter. Spread the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C - 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. Let the cake cool down.
