Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 100 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 1 point vanilla sugar, (or a vanilla pod)
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 3 pear (s)

For covering:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 250 ml sour cream

Instructions

  1. For the dough: Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks, flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla sugar (or the inside of the vanilla pod) to form a dough. Pour into a greased, oblong cake tin. Peel and core the pears and cut into small pieces. Press evenly into the dough.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
  3. For the topping: Beat eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy. Stir in the sour cream. Spread on top of the cake. Bake covered for another 25 minutes.
