Ingredients

  • 500 g quark
  • Condensed milk
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • Vanilla sugar and sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Cranberry compote

Instructions

  1. Stir the quark with a little condensed milk until frothy. Bring the milk with vanilla sugar and sugar (depending on your taste) to the boil, stir in the cornstarch, add while stirring and allow to cool.
  2. Mix the quark with the mixture, beat with the whisk and fill a bowl alternately with the flammeri and the cranberry compote.
