Ingredients

  • 500 g beans, reen, fresh
  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • 50 g bacon, mixed, diced
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 0.25 liter ¼ broth
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled flour
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled salt
  • water
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the fresh beans (remove front, back, middle through), wash. Cook in plenty of salted water (at least 3 teaspoons of salt) for about 15 minutes, then drain in a sieve. You can of course also use frozen beans or those from the jar, but I prefer the fresh variant, i. H. all in good time
  2. In the meantime, finely dice the onions and bacon. First fry the bacon in the left out margarine, then add the finely diced onions so that they become translucent. Dust with the flour and pour on the broth to make a roux.
  3. Then season to taste with vinegar and sugar as well as salt and pepper. Then add the beans, simmer briefly and serve I think it`s delicious.
