Sweet and Sour Chicken

Lovers of Asian cuisine will definitely appreciate this uncomplicated sweet and sour chicken recipe. Interestingly, the ingredients used are quite simple, but the taste is unusual and unexpected.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 1 Kilogram
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Soy sauce – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients, coarsely chop the chicken breast.
  2. Combine chicken pieces, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Dip each chicken bite into beaten eggs.
  4. Fry on both sides until crusty.
  5. Combine sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth. Put the fried chicken pieces on a baking sheet, top them with the resulting sweet and sour sauce. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. Done. I recommend serving with rice.
