Ingredients
- 300 g lass noodles
- 300 g cucumber (s)
- 7 stalks Thai basil, alternatively mint
- 5 stalks coriander
- 60 g peanuts, roasted and salted
- 2 lime (s)
- 3 clove (s) garlic
- 4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 120 g chili sauce, (Sweet Thai chili sauce)
- 3 teaspoon curry paste
- 500 g shrimp tails, lare, peeled
- Oil, for frying

- Pour boiling water over glass noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then drain and rinse in cold water. Wash the cucumber and cut into fine strips. Wash, dry and finely chop herbs. Roughly chop the peanuts. Limes hot
- wash, dry and finely grate the peel of a lime. Squeeze out the juice of both fruits. All ingredients except 5 teaspoons
- Mix the lime juice.
- Peel and squeeze the garlic cloves. Mix with 5 teaspoons of lime juice, Sweet Thai chili sauce and curry paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry the prawns in it over high heat until crispy. Turn off the stove and the sweet and sour sauce
- stir in. Glaze briefly and then serve the prawns with the salad.
