Ingredients

  • 300 g lass noodles
  • 300 g cucumber (s)
  • 7 stalks Thai basil, alternatively mint
  • 5 stalks coriander
  • 60 g peanuts, roasted and salted
  • 2 lime (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 120 g chili sauce, (Sweet Thai chili sauce)
  • 3 teaspoon curry paste
  • 500 g shrimp tails, lare, peeled
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over glass noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then drain and rinse in cold water. Wash the cucumber and cut into fine strips. Wash, dry and finely chop herbs. Roughly chop the peanuts. Limes hot
  2. wash, dry and finely grate the peel of a lime. Squeeze out the juice of both fruits. All ingredients except 5 teaspoons
  3. Mix the lime juice.
  4. Peel and squeeze the garlic cloves. Mix with 5 teaspoons of lime juice, Sweet Thai chili sauce and curry paste.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the prawns in it over high heat until crispy. Turn off the stove and the sweet and sour sauce
  6. stir in. Glaze briefly and then serve the prawns with the salad.
