  • 500g flour
  • 125 g suar
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 3 m apples, e.g. Elstar
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 1 egg yolk, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into fingernail-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder and milk together. Mix in the apple pieces. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Use two tablespoons to spread 20 piles on the baking tray (if necessary, distribute on 2 baking trays) and lightly brush the piles with the egg yolk. The yolk is only important to the eye, not the taste. So it can also be left out.
  3. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  4. The rolls are eaten just like that without any further spread.
