  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg (s), size M
  • some butter for the pan
  • some milk to pour on

Instructions

  1. Dice two slices of white bread.
  2. Place the other two in a greased portion casserole dish, spread the jam and place the bread cubes on top. You can also use fresh fruit. Whisk the milk, sugar and egg well and slowly spread over the prepared slices of bread with a spoon.
  3. Bake the dessert in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes until the surface is lightly browned.
  4. Pour approx. 2 - 3 tablespoons of milk over each casserole and serve warm.
  5. This casserole can also be made well with dark bread.
