Sweet Chili Sauce for Chicken

First you need to peel the garlic and chop it a little. Wash, dry and chop the chili peppers. To make the sauce more spicy, you need to cut the pepper along with the seeds. If you want a more gentle taste, then carefully peel from the seeds, rinse, and then chop.
Next, you need to send the garlic and pepper to the blender bowl. Add some salt and wine vinegar. Beat on a low speed until smooth. The recipe for making sweet chili sauce for chicken can be slightly varied – changing the amount of garlic and pepper to taste
Pour the resulting mass into a small saucepan and send to the fire, adding part of the water. After boiling, add brown sugar. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Now the sauce can be tasted and, if necessary, diluted with more water. Boil down a little more. Separately, in a little water, dilute the cornmeal to a paste. Add to sauce and cook for about 10 minutes.
The sauce can be removed from heat and allowed to cool.
Sweet chili sauce for chicken at home is ready. After cooking the chicken with this sauce, you can pour over the still hot bird. You can also add chopped fresh herbs to it and serve it separately with any chicken dish.
