Ingredients

  • 210 g chilli pepper (s), hot, does not matter color
  • 45 g iner root, fresh
  • 8 clove (s) garlic
  • 300 g suar
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 8 tablespoon vinegar
  • 700 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon potato flour

Instructions

  1. Puree the first 3 ingredients in the household machine.
  2. Bring the water, salt, sugar and vinegar to a boil. Stir in the pureed ingredients and simmer gently. The vegetables should be soft. Season the sauce to taste and season it if necessary. It has to taste sweet and sour, just like the Chinese. Possibly add seasoning.
  3. Then mix the potato flour with water and stir into the boiling mass. Let it boil briefly and remove from the stove.
