Ingredients

  • 150 g quark 20%, any other fat level is also possible

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and coconut oil until smooth. Add half of the flour with the baking powder and stir in. Then knead in the rest of the flour with the dough hook.   2. Shape the finished dough into 12 balls of the same size and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
