  • 500g flour
  • 25 g dry yeast
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • jam
  • Nutella

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the dry yeast, sugar, salt, egg and oil. Knead into a dough with the milk and let it rest for an hour.
  2. Then divide the dough into three equally sized parts. Shape part of these three into a ball and roll it out like a pizza. Cut the dough into 6 pieces like a pizza.
  3. You get 6 triangles on which you put some jam or Nutella. Take the thicker end of the triangle and roll it up.
  4. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and let rest for 30 minutes. Then bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  5. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
