- 1 large cucumber (s)
- 1 lemon (s)
- sugar
- salt and pepper

- Wash the cucumber and peel it coarsely so that a little of the green skin remains, slice it into thin slices and mix it with a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice over the cucumber slices, sprinkle some sugar and add a little finely ground white pepper.
- The dosage of the sugar has to be done according to taste, the salad should never taste sour, rather refreshing for hot days.
- Mix and let steep in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
