Sweet Dressing for Salad

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon syrup (maple syrup)
• 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
• 1 tablespoon water
• Salt and pepper, from the mill
• possibly herbs (garden herbs, fresh or from the pack)

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a dressing shaker and shake well. Then pour over the salad.
2. You can also prepare more, it will keep in the refrigerator for a few days.
3. Goes well with all mixed salads.
4. I always use it for cucumber salad instead of cream dressing!
