Ingredients

  • 2 pumpkin (s) (sweet dumpling)
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 turkey breast fillet (s), sliced
  • some cocktail tomatoes
  • some mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • some butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the lid off the pumpkin and hollow it out. Brush the inside with pumpkin seed oil, season with salt. Put the lid on and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  2. Puree the pulp, fry the turkey slices with garlic in butter, add the pulp. Continue to sizzle for about 5 minutes, remove.
  3. Fry the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes, mix everything together, season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  4. Take the pumpkin out of the oven, fill it with the mixture and continue cooking for about 20 minutes.
