  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the pudding powder and stir in together with the vanilla yoghurt. Pour the dough into a greased and floured lamb baking pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.
  3. When cooled, dust with icing sugar.
