- 1 small banana (s)
- 1 ½ tablespoon sweet lupine meal
- 1 piece (s) butter for frying
- 1 cup natural yoghurt, approx. 50 - 200 g
- 1 tablespoon honey, liquid

- Peel the banana and cut in half lengthways.
- In a small coated pan, heat some butter and add the sweet lupine meal. Immediately place the banana halves on top and fry a little. When the underside of the banana with the meal is fried until it is golden yellow, turn the banana and fry it until golden in the meal that was left in the pan.
- You can also carefully turn the banana in the pan if necessary. But it doesn`t matter if all the meal doesn`t stick to the banana. The rest can then be used for decoration.
- When the desired browning is achieved, arrange the banana halves on a dessert plate, add the yoghurt and drizzle everything with honey. If there are leftovers from the meal in the pan, you can also sprinkle them over the yogurt.
- It`s a very protein-rich and healthy dessert or a great way to start the day as breakfast.
