Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 small apples
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 50 g raspberries for arnish
  • possibly cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, sugar and salt together. Heat some oil in the pan and bake four pancakes from the batter. Let cool a little.
  2. Finely grate the apples for the filling. Mix the quark, cream cheese, vanilla sugar and the grated apples until smooth.
  3. Brush the pancakes with it. Sprinkle with cinnamon if necessary. Then roll it up, cut into snails and decorate with the raspberries.
