Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, (spiral pasta)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 500 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice and zest
  • Butter, 250 ml Rama Cremefine for cooking
  • Raisins, to taste
  • 150 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
  • Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water.
  2. Beat egg whites into firm snow.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy, stir in the curd cheese and lemon, add the nuts and egg whites and mix with the cooked and strained noodles. Stir in Rama Creme fine, if you like, you can add raisins as you like.
  4. Grease a baking dish well and add the pasta. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 ° for approx. 30-35 minutes (depending on the size of the mold) - the surface will turn yellow and the inside should be soft.
  5. A cherry pudding or pineapple with cranberry compote goes very well with it.
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
