Ingredients

  • 600 g sweet potato (s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon oregano
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 120 g mozzarella, rated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cook them in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a pan. Add the onion and garlic and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the sweet potatoes into slices and place halfway in a baking dish. Pour half of the minced meat and feta cheese over it and layer everything again in the same way. Finally pour the cream over it. Scatter mozzarella on top and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
