  • 4 small carrot (s)

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 5 medium mushrooms
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Cut the sweet potato and kohlrabi into cubes and cook in salted water until cooked.
  2. Also cut the remaining vegetables into small pieces and fry them one after the other in a pan in oil. Do not add the mushrooms and tomatoes until the very end. Stir in tomato paste and season with salt, pepper and plenty of herbs. When everything is done, stir in the sweet potatoes and kohlrabi and season again.
  3. Put the vegetables in a baking dish, crumble the feta over it and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
