  • 300 g sweet potato (s)
  • 2 cm ginger root
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 50 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes, carrots and ginger and cut into small cubes. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and simmer the carrots, ginger and diced sweet potatoes for about 20 minutes until everything is soft. Then drain and put the cubes back in the pot. Season, add the milk and use a potato masher to make a smooth pulp.
