Instructions

  1. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Then halve and cut into equal pieces, e.g. eighths, and place in a bowl. Mash the garlic and add it. Add the olive oil and the remaining spices and rub the sweet potatoes well with it. Then place on a baking sheet, ideally lined with baking paper, and place in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 ° C. Turn the potatoes once halfway through.
