Ingredients

  • 600 g sweet potato (s)
  • 4 large banana (s)
  • 250 g butter, room temperature
  • 100 ml honey
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 60 g flour
  • 140 glass sugar, brown
  • 200 g walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into thin slices or fine pieces.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in the pan and fry the potatoes in them until they are soft. Then let it cool down.
  3. Peel the bananas, crush them with a fork and pour them over the potatoes together with the honey and salt and mix well.
  4. Stir the remaining butter and brown sugar until foamy and integrate the flour and nuts.
  5. Put the potato mixture in a baking dish and serve with the crumble mixture.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the crumble is golden yellow. Serve hot
