  • 0.5 kg ½ chicken breast fillet (s)

  • 1 large vegetable onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon curry paste, green, red or yellow

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the sweet potato. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Cut the onion into small cubes. Fry everything in a large pan over medium heat for 10 minutes and stir regularly.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients and cook for another 10 minutes. When the sweet potatoes are tender, the dish is ready too.
