Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cup quinoa, puffed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Then simmer on a low heat for 10 - 20 minutes, depending on the consistency you want. Stir every now and then.
  2. Then I stir the porridge with a whisk for 1 - 2 minutes. Add fruit or applesauce as desired and serve immediately.
  3. Remarks:
  4. If you want a healthier variant, you can replace the sugar with honey.
  5. The ingredients make a small bowl.
  6. It doesn`t look that nice, but it tastes very good.
