Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 350 g flour
  • 120 g suar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking soda
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla flavor, or half a vanillo pod
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 300 g marshmallow (s)

For covering:

  • 150 ml sugar beet syrup, or maple syrup
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla flavor, or 1 vanilla pod
  • 4 bars chocolate, white
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 60 g corn flakes (rice crispies)
  • 400 g peanuts, salted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top and bottom heat.
  2. Mix all ingredients for the batter (except for the marshmallows) in a large bowl. Roll out the dough and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the dough is light golden brown.
  3. Cut the marshmallows into 2 parts each with scissors.
  4. When the base is ready, immediately spread the marshmallows over it and put it in the oven for another 1 to 2 minutes until the marshmallows puff up. Then let it cool down well.
  5. In the meantime, put the topping ingredients in a saucepan (except for rice crispies and peanuts). Heat and stir until it is smooth and smooth. Remove from heat and mix with the rice crispies and peanuts. Spread the mixture on the floor (be careful - it`s very sticky!) And chill.
  6. After about 1 hour you can cut it into pieces and take it out of the mold.
