Sweet Snack – Strawberry Pancakes

• 1 egg (s)
• 3 teaspoons, leveled flour
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ milk
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 80 g strawberries
• 1 scoop ice cream
• some powdered sugar
• some oil or butter for frying

Instructions

1. Mix egg, flour, milk and sugar into a smooth mixture (works well without a mixer). Halve the strawberries, cut into slices and add.
2. Fry the finished dough in a pan with a little fat for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the strawberry pancakes with powdered sugar, decorate with the ice cream and serve hot.
