Ingredients

  • 300 g beans, fresh reens
  • 2 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ salt
  • 500 ml boiling water
  • 1 small onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Clean the beans and cook them whole in salted water for about 10 minutes. Then bring 500 ml of water to the boil, add the vinegar and dissolve the salt and sugar in it.
  2. Strain the beans and place in a bowl. Add mustard seeds, bay leaves and onion rings and pour the hot stock over everything. Let it steep for a day.
