Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon, leveled sugar, a little more to taste
- 300 g cream

- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, cut in half and place in a bowl. Mix with the vanilla sugar and sugar and let it steep for approx. 1 hour (or longer) so that the juice can form.
- Whip the cream until stiff and serve with it.
