- 300 g strawberries
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cl calvados

- Wash the strawberries, remove leaves and flower bases. Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Add 4 cl calvados and 2 tablespoon sugar. Mix everything together and let it steep for 1 hour. Arrange and serve.
