• 1 cl cream
• 2 ½ cl passion fruit juice
• 2 ½ cl pineapple juice
• 1 ½ cl Blue Curacao
• 3 cl Batida de Coco
• pineapple, for decoration

Instructions

1. In contrast to the original Swimming Pool recipe, this is more of a cocktail. Quasi a small swimming pool.
2. Put all ingredients in the shaker and shake vigorously with a few ice cubes. Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy.
3. To decorate, put some sugar in a bowl or flat plate, moisten the edge of the glass with lemon juice (move a lemon wedge around the edge of the glass once) and then dip it in the sugar. Place 1/4 pineapple slice on the edge of the glass.
