Ingredients

  • 1 small chard perennial (approx. 400 g)
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 30 g butter
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoon wine, white

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the chard, strip the green from the stalks and chop. Cut the stems into strips.
  2. Steam the onions in the butter until translucent. Add the stalks, steam for 5 minutes, then add the leaves. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour in the wine and let the vegetables cook for 10 minutes in a closed pot.
