  • 6 leaves Swiss chard, the green them
  • 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 small banana (s)
  • 1 small orange (s)
  • water

Instructions

  1. Just cut off the green of the chard and put it in the blender (reason: otherwise it tastes very earthy, the white parts can be used for a soup, stew or casserole, for example).
  2. Peel the banana and orange and put in pieces in the blender along with the mint leaves and red bell pepper. Fill the blender with water up to the 1 liter mark and mix on the highest level for 2 minutes.
