Ingredients

  • 1 kg Swiss chard
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 400 g potato (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • some margarine
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup cream
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Cut the chard into strips. Chop the onions and garlic and sweat in the oil until translucent. Add the chard and cook with it. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes. Pre-cook for about 10 minutes. Mix the cooled chard with the egg and layer with the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. Salt and pepper each layer and sprinkle with cream. Finally, top with breadcrumbs and cheese. Baked for about 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
