Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Swiss chard
  • 1 kg potato (s), boiled, hot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • lots olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut off the stalk from the chard and remove the middle stalk from the dark green leaves after washing. Then cut into small pieces like spinach and collapse with garlic in plenty of hot olive oil. Don`t cook - just stew!
  2. Then mix the hot, boiled potatoes with the chard, season with salt and pepper and add more olive oil. The whole thing must not be dry. Serve hot.
