  • 14 basil leaves, fresh
  • 200 g meat sausae
  • 200 g mountain cheese or other hard cheese your choice
  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onions, basil leaves and the clove of garlic. Vine tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, cheese (I recommend a spicy mountain cheese), meat sausage and the radish cut into cubes. With a spicy / hot radish, I recommend taking significantly less, otherwise the radish taste will be too intense. As a replacement e.g., one or two additional tomatoes can be taken. Put all the prepared ingredients in an appropriately sized salad bowl.
  2. Pour water, olive oil, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt over it and stir well. The taste of the salad will be better if it can pull something through. I recommend half an hour.
  3. The salad can easily be stored in the refrigerator for a few hours or up to 2 days.
