Instructions

  1. Knock the schnitzel flat and remove excess fat. Whisk the eggs together and season with salt and pepper. Turn the schnitzel first in flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan with plenty of clarified butter until golden.
  2. Put the oven on the grill. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the schnitzel on it. First top with ham, then with tomato slices and finally with the cheese. Be generous. If necessary, cut the topping to the size of the schnitzel.
  3. Bake under the grill for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
